Job Description: We are looking for a Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at Springwood Primary School. The successful candidate will work with pupils with complex needs in a primary age setting, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualised learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
  2. Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to promote academic progress.
  3. Assist pupils with daily living skills, personal care, and social interactions.
  4. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools or a related field. Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
