Social Work and Support Practitioner

We are currently seeking a skilled Social Work and Support Practitioner to join our team in Salford. As a Social Work and Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults and their carers.

This will involve providing person-centred support, collaborating with partners to manage risk, and ensuring that individuals receive timely access to appropriate services.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience in adult social care
  • Degree-level qualification in Social Work or equivalent
