Insurance Branch Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Branch Director to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth of our Hampshire branch, focusing on client interactions and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth, meet targets, and achieve profitability through effective client relationship management and sales strategies.
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, and develop effective pipelines with sales staff, lead generation, and collaboration with the service team.
• Work closely with the team manager to streamline processes, manage performance, and develop business growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance market, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements to drive business success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, specifically within a brokerage setting, with a strong track record in client relationship management and sales.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, meet targets, and achieve profitability, with a solid understanding of profit and loss analysis, performance metrics, and process optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
