About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team at Discovery, supporting a gentleman who lives in his own home.

Terry enjoys getting out and about, and we are looking for someone who will share his love of the outdoors with him.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Terry with his everyday needs, including personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, and food shopping.
  • Ensure Terry feels safe and comfortable in his own home.
  • Encourage and support Terry's independence.
