About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team at Discovery in Crewkerne. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our client, Terry, in his own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Terry with his daily needs, including personal care, medication, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Encourage Terry to participate in activities he enjoys, such as listening to music, going for walks, and spending time in his garden.
  • Support Terry in maintaining his independence and promoting his overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure Terry receives the best possible care and support.
