Role Overview:
Id Product is looking for a highly skilled Accounting and Reporting Officer to support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills and experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices and input payment runs on CAF Bank Online.
* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments from customers.
* Set up bank payments on CAF Bank.
* Manage the Finance inbox and respond to enquiries regarding invoices, suppliers, insurance, and staff expenses.
* Review existing expense policies and procedures and suggest improvements where necessary.
* Reconcile payroll reports, including pension contributions.
* Review monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, organisational policies, and regulations on expense management.
* Support the Finance & Governance Manager with financial reporting obligations.
* Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets and cashflow forecasts.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.

Essential Requirements:
* Strong financial management skills.
* Understanding of pre- and post-requirements for funding, fundraising, bids, grants, contracts, competitive tendering, monitoring, and compliance.
* AAT Accounting Qualification (Desirable).
