Program Overview

CBRE's Next Generation Cohort is a 24-month program designed for graduates seeking to specialize as Land/Measured Building Surveyors. This comprehensive program offers excellent training and mentoring from industry experts, providing invaluable knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys to gather and record data related to land and property boundaries, elevation, and geographical features.
  • Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, charts, and reports.

Requirements

  • RICS-accredited degree in Geospatial Surveying, Mapping, or GIS-related field (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
