**Clinical Lead for Occupational Therapy Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead for Occupational Therapy to join our team at Tripod Partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cross-cover for the PT Lead as needed, as well as leading the Occupational Therapy service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Complex case management
  • Discharge planning
  • AV/HV provision
  • Supervision of junior staff
  • Multi-disciplinary team working
  • Shared leadership – clinical examples
  • Operational leadership
  • Equipment assessment and provision
  • Moving and handling expertise
  • Professional Registration: HCPC
  • OT Skills: Leadership experience; complex moving and handling, NHS experience, community experience, Must be a car driver

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, with experience in leadership and management roles. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
