We are seeking a seasoned ERP Consultant/Business Analyst with strong business acumen in the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. The ideal candidate boasts a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise, is proficient in English to facilitate seamless communication, and has a proven track record of excelling in a consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify solutions and improvements.
  • Requirement Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories, and use cases.
  • Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gap Analysis and Issue Resolution: Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and current systems, and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and timely issue resolution.
  • Design and Architecture: Participate in design and architecture discussions, offering insights to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance testing to validate that the software meets specified requirements and functions as intended.
  • Project Planning and Support: Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, and provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the software development lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze user feedback and system performance data to recommend continuous improvements, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the software solutions align with current standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as an HCM Functional Business Analyst or HCM ERP Consultant, and at least 3 years in client-facing roles.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with project management software tools.
  • Availability: 50% availability for travel, including across Europe, and fluency in English.
  • Legality: Legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom and across the European Union.
