Job Title: Liquid Scientist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquid Scientist to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing new and innovative liquid products that meet the needs of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new product formulations that meet our quality and cost standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our consumers.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to ensure that our products meet our quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure that we have access to the best ingredients and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our products remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, including project and research experience.
  • Experience in leading project teams and solving technical projects through to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
