About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Liquid Technologist to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a critical role in developing new and exciting products that meet the evolving needs of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative liquid development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
  • Collaborate with scientists and researchers to identify and develop new ingredients and technologies that drive business growth and consumer engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our lab, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues on liquid development and innovation projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights, using this knowledge to inform and drive innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant project and/or research experience in the food or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive business growth.
