Specialist Nutrition Support/Community Dietitian Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to work with our NHS client in West London.
This role is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and research findings, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Prior experience as a dietitian, either in the UK or internationally, is essential for success in this role.
