Senior Project Manager - Prison Construction and Renovation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on prison construction and renovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including Health and Safety and building regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on prison construction and renovation.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health and Safety and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
