About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and choice.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
  • Encourage social interaction and community involvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support and care.
