Job Title: Director of Data and Analytics

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Data and Analytics to lead our data transformation journey. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our data and analytics agenda across all Bupa Dental Care, aligning with our strategic goals and customer ambitions.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading data teams to drive data transformation in large, complex corporate environments.
  • Executive-level experience in leading data teams and building a climate that engages and excites people to achieve team objectives.
  • Strong understanding of data science and analytics, including statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of latest tools, platforms, and data provisioning software to maximize effective insight creation and easy data access.
  • Experience in leveraging data tools and techniques to deliver customer-facing tools such as pre-emptive actions, personalization, and customer engagement.
  • Able to easily communicate analytics value and business insights to key stakeholders.
  • Experience in advising on data, data policies, risk assessments, and implementing frameworks and key levers that deliver superior results.
  • Experience of leading change, including cultural and behavioral change.
