About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Leader to drive our data and analytics agenda across Bupa Dental Care. As Director of Data and Analytics, you will play a critical role in unlocking transformation opportunities that deliver value for Bupa and excellent care for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear, compelling data strategy to support our strategic ambition.
  • Lead the organisation towards robust data governance, policy, and standards.
  • Ensure effective data quality and data integrity processes.
  • Drive data management and democratisation to facilitate easy access to data and insight across our businesses.
  • Lead data science and advanced analytics competencies to deliver differentiated, predictive insights and reporting.
  • Identify new data-driven innovation, experience, and business model opportunities.
  • Foster a data-led culture through creative engagement, communication, and internal capability building.
About You

We are looking for a proven Data Leader with hands-on experience of leading data teams to drive data transformation in large, complex corporate environments. You should have executive-level experience of leading data teams and building a climate that engages and excites people to land team objectives.

You will have experience of delivering data science and analytics, including statistical analysis, and a good understanding of the latest tools, platforms, and data provisioning software. You should also have experience of leveraging data tools and techniques to deliver customer-facing tools and knowledge of how to use advanced analytics to automate or improve complex processes.
