Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Addition+. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow modules, aligning them with the end clients' goals to ensure optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow modules.
  • Oversee the integration of ITSM, ITAM and ITOM modules to streamline IT operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the deployment of HRSD and FSM to enhance delivery.
  • Implement ServiceNow GRC to maintain compliance and industry regulations, ensuring risks are mitigated.
  • Work closely with the wider development team to ensure infrastructure solutions align with the broader business objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet established solutions and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow advancements and best practices to drive technical innovation.

Requirements:

  • Live SC Clearance is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and FSM.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Background working on infrastructure implementation projects end to end.
  • ServiceNow Certifications would be preferred.
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field would be preferred.
