Bars & Shops Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Bars & Shops team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our venues, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement operational plans to drive sales, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
- Monitor and control costs, inventory, and labor to optimize profitability
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in F&B or retail operations. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. A strong understanding of operational processes, financial management, and sales strategies is essential.
