At Aldwych Consulting, we are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of Health and Safety advisors. They will also have experience in developing and maintaining RAMS, conducting site inspections, and preparing reports for accidents and safety breaches.

  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing organisational safety guidelines.
  • Conducting daily site walkabouts to ensure operations meet health and safety standards.
  • Managing a team of Health and Safety advisors.
  • Reviewing work procedures to ensure they meet industry safety standards.
  • Preparing and filing reports for accidents and safety breaches.
  • Ensuring safe installation of equipment and overseeing subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.
  • Delivering training sessions on health and safety awareness for the internal team.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • An industry-competitive salary (£55,000 - £70,000 per annum) based on previous experience.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree or certificate in Health and Safety.
  • NEBOSH certification in construction.
  • IOSH or graduate IOSH membership.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • The ability to be mobile around the North of the country.
