About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Intelligence team as a Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal part in the delivery and development of our data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standardized dynamic and static reports for various business areas.
  • Establish a reporting benchmark and process across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current reporting needs and opportunities.
  • Align the business using cross-functional reports that tie in cause-and-effect elements critical to scaling.
  • Work with the Senior team to design, develop, and enhance data capture and reporting tools.
  • Support the Senior team on generating and maintaining meaningful management information across all levels of the business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage our Data Analytics Warehouse, automated reports, and back-end data lake.
  • Engineer and develop our DAW, maintaining health and building for the future.
  • Drive performance through analyzing and presenting opportunities.
  • Undertake data analysis within assigned projects.
  • Deliver data solutions and data lifecycles.
  • Collect, extract, and analyze data from complex sources.
  • Manage APIs from a health and integration perspective.
  • Analyze and provide data on key operational performance, suggesting improvements and changes where necessary.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Support others throughout the business to improve their use and understanding of data.
  • Maintain ahead-of-the-curve industry knowledge within customer experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the internal team.

Location

This position is based out of our Runcorn HQ in Cheshire, with a flexible working arrangement that includes a home working day on Fridays.
