Job Title: Senior Systems Modelling Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Modelling Engineer to join our Raytheon Assured Position Navigation and Timing (APNT) Engineering team. As a key member of our Systems & Products business unit, you will be responsible for producing Digital GPS Anti-Jam Systems and Alternative Navigation Solutions for the military market.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide Systems Engineering expertise across the product lifecycle, from requirements capture, analysis, design through to testing, qualification and certification activities.
* Support the System Design Authority and Systems Engineering Team Leaders with the development and management of project requirements, generation of technical documentation, Systems Analysis and Design work, and participation in technical design reviews.
* Support the Systems Team in the generation of bid proposal material and submission of bids in response to customer requests.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements through to certification
* Experience with Simulink for design analysis and test of system and software architectures
* Experience with MATLAB for data analysis, algorithm development, and model creation
* Experience with generation of technical documentation (internal and for customers)
* Understanding of policies, practices, and procedures, and the ability to communicate these to their team
* Ability to work in a team and perform to project directives
* Ability to work autonomously, with limited oversight from Team Leaders and Management
* Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics) or similar
* Eligible or current holder of SC security clearance
