We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Technologist Associate Practitioner to join our Radiation Protection and Imaging Physics section in Medical Physics at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will provide scientific and technical support to various clinical services within NHS Lothian & NHS Fife.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to medical equipment and fault finding
  • Develop and maintain accurate records using various software tools
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the day-to-day running of the service
  • Support a range of clinical technical work related to ionising and non-ionising imaging equipment
Requirements
  • SCQF level 8 qualification in a physics or engineering discipline
  • Experience of medical equipment and fault finding (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively within a team and maintain accurate records
