**Job Description:**

Custodian Lead is a critical role within our facilities management team at SAAF Education. As a Custodian Lead, you will oversee the upkeep of our school facilities, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and functional for students and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead daily inspections of school facilities to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  2. Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance tasks with internal teams or external contractors as required.
  3. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure.
  4. Monitor and manage school equipment, including maintenance logs and regular equipment checks.
  5. Supervise the unlocking and locking of school buildings at the start and end of each day.

**Requirements:

  • DBS check (or willing to obtain).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Salary:** £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on experience.
