We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Support Worker to join our team at Berry View in Andover. As a key member of our residential youth team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.

As a Children Support Worker, you will work directly with children and young people, building strong relationships and providing a safe and supportive environment. You will be a positive role model, supporting children's goals and development, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
