About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Single Point of Access (SPA) administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the administration team, ensuring the provision of comprehensive administration support in CAMHS SPA.
Main Responsibilities
The Administration Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Supervising the administration team to ensure the provision of high-quality administration support
- Coordinating and managing the administration team's workload to meet the needs of the service
- Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Providing guidance and support to administration team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
