About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Janes, a leading provider of open-source intelligence solutions. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our data-centric intelligence products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their workflows and requirements to deliver tailored support and training.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Conduct end-user community surveys to gather feedback and socialize it within Janes, driving continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Support the testing of new products and development of existing ones, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Lead the development and implementation of user community engagement strategies, including case studies and scenario modelling for sharing best practice.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in a data service provider and/or within the aerospace and defence sectors.
  • Proven track record in an independent working environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
  • Well-organized, flexible, resilient, and positive mindset.
  • Strong team player.
  • Educated to degree level (preferable).
  • Proven administrative skills, including working remotely.
  • Experience of balancing 'hard line' and 'soft line' reporting.
  • Former military employee or OSINT background an advantage.
  • IT experience/competency working with online tool sets.
