We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team at DG Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents.
  • Provide health and safety training and guidance to employees and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and report findings to management, including recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
  • Ensure that all safety equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaise with management to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization and ensure that health and safety policies are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Health and Safety Officer, preferably within the construction or renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly those related to construction and electrical installations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate others.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
