Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at a reputable Wealth Management firm in Leighton Buzzard. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive paperwork, including research and liaison with providers, for client meetings and reviews.
  • Produce Suitability Letters in a timely manner, as requested by Financial Advisers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Verify compliance documentation to ensure client files are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaise with the administration team to ensure seamless processing of new business cases.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma qualification (or actively working towards) with at least 2 years of paraplanning experience.
  • Excellent client communication skills and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance client financial wellbeing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Intelligent Office, and research tools such as O&M and Dynamic Planner. Experience with Cash Flow modelling tools is an advantage.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a high standard of attention to detail.
