We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Paraplanner to support our Wealth Management firm in Leighton Buzzard. The ideal candidate will be Level 4 qualified and have at least 2 years of paraplanning experience.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and provide full support to the financial advisers in relation to client servicing matters. Responsibilities include preparation of paperwork, production of Suitability Letters, direct communication with clients, and checking compliance documentation.

Requirements include excellent client communication skills, experience of using MS Office package, Intelligent Office, and research tools such as O&M and Dynamic Planner. A positive 'can do' attitude, ability to work under pressure, and excellent time management and organisational skills are also essential.

This role offers hybrid working with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The company is a highly professional, client-focused financial planning practice with its offices based in Leighton Buzzard.
