About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead Developer to join our emerging MuleSoft API team. As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team from discovery to delivery, managing people and stakeholders, and meeting the requirements of multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of developers in managing, developing, and coaching.
  • Develop APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
  • Design and implement cloud-based integration solutions using AWS or Azure.
  • Ensure unit testing skills using the MUnit framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive API strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in developing APIs using MuleSoft and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience in using cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proven unit testing skills using the MUnit framework.
  • Knowledge in Linux and Windows Powershell highly preferred.
  • MuleSoft Development Certification preferred.
