About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned MuleSoft professional to join our emerging MuleSoft API team as a Lead Developer. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for leading a team from discovery to delivery, managing stakeholders, and meeting the requirements of multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of developers in managing, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Develop APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
  • Design and implement cloud-based APIs using AWS or Azure.
  • Ensure unit testing skills using the MUnit framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive API strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in developing APIs using MuleSoft, OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, Linux, and Windows Powershell.
  • MuleSoft Development Certification preferred.
