About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at H&M Woking store in the Victoria Place shopping centre.

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a department to support the Sales and Profit of the store and, along with your Team, deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers.
  2. Evaluate your team's performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through their development and training.
  3. Analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPI's for your department.
  4. Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to always secure all employees and customers' safety.
Requirements

We are looking for people who have:

  1. Management experience in a customer-facing environment.
  2. Previous experience of leading and managing teams.
  3. A passion for profitability and people.
  4. A Customer-first mindset.
