Job Title: Surface and Brand Technology Department Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager for our Surface and Brand Technology Department to coordinate the painting and wrapping of our Formula one car and other assets. The ideal candidate will lead a talented team of specialists and operatives, ensuring the highest quality of work while continuously seeking new ways to advance our techniques and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of paint and vinyl wrap operatives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and address challenges.
  • Oversee all paint and vinyl wrap projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to schedule and execute livery takeovers and promotional events.
  • Implement and maintain stringent quality control processes.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new techniques and products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their demanding requirements, design vision and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage department budgets, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, team performance, and department goals.
  • Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met.
