Surface and Brand Technology Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Surface and Brand Technology Manager to join our team at McLaren Group. As a key member of our Surface and Brand Technology Department, you will be responsible for coordinating the painting and wrapping of our Formula One car and other assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of paint and vinyl wrap specialists to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Oversee all paint and vinyl wrap projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align projects with commercial goals and partner expectations.
- Implement and maintain stringent quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in paint and vinyl wrap, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends, techniques, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
