We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Assessment Specialist to join our team at KM Recruitment.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Training and Assessment Specialist to work with learners in Health and Social Care at Level 3. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training, assessing learners, and managing their diary efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Manage your diary effectively to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- A recognized Training and Assessment qualification.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
- OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCY IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (ELDERLY) IS REQUIRED.
- Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Familiarity with ICT systems.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 + an additional £5,000 OTE.
- The opportunity to work with learners in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
