About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality catering services to patients and staff within the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
As a Catering Assistant, your key responsibilities will include working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will also be required to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shift patterns, to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality food and service. You will also need to hold a current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to work towards this qualification. Previous catering experience is essential for this post.

We offer a competitive pay rate, which increases for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Bank Holidays. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
