Job Title: Compliance Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Team Leader to manage a team of compliance administrators responsible for tracking and administration. The successful candidate will ensure that all processes are handled in line with company procedures, allowing candidates to begin employment quickly while maintaining the safety and security of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 compliance administrators
  • Oversee every stage post-interview to ensure it is monitored and managed efficiently through our automated systems
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Team Leader in administrative recruitment and compliance processes
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to lead the team toward meeting and exceeding targets
