Job Title: Compliance Team Leader

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Compliance Team Leader to join our team. As a Compliance Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of compliance administrators and ensuring that all processes are handled in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 8-10 compliance administrators
  • Oversee compliance tracking and administration
  • Ensure all processes are handled in line with company procedures
  • Monitor and manage every stage post-interview
  • Analyse data to lead the team towards meeting and exceeding targets
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Team Leader in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in administrative recruitment and compliance processes
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to lead the team
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service
