Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Barry-Wehmiller. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for supporting all tasks and administration related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders from creation to receipt, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the team with warehouse, goods in, logistics, shipping documentation, and housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist with improvement projects and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation, to support the Supply Chain function.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with various team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic analytical skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
