We're on a quest to transform the property market, and we need a visionary Marketing Manager to help us achieve our goal. As a key member of our executive team, you'll drive our marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise to create innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a bold marketing strategy that drives growth and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create marketing campaigns aligned with our vision.
  • Take ownership of digital campaigns, email automation, PR, and more, with the freedom to experiment and innovate.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Report directly to the CEO/Founder, shaping the company's market positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee the development of content, digital ads, brand partnerships, and more, all aimed at achieving exponential growth.

About You:

  • You possess a 2:1 Marketing degree or higher, along with significant experience in Tech, PropTech, FinTech, or related sectors.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns in both B2C and B2B2C environments.
  • You're a strategic thinker and executor, delivering results today, not tomorrow.
  • You bring fresh, innovative ideas and can communicate them effectively as part of an executive team.
  • You have experience managing and scaling marketing teams, offering strong leadership and oversight.
  • You're motivated by the fast pace and challenges of a startup and are passionate about OneDome's mission.
  • A hands-on, collaborative team player who is committed, creative, and eager to take ownership of OneDome's marketing journey.
