Inside Sales Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Moon Executive Search. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our central Bristol location, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales administration cycle, including initial contact with clients, lead screening, quote raising, and reporting. They will also be responsible for maintaining our CRM database, managing client inquiries and orders, and coordinating sales meetings and events.

We are looking for a highly organized and autonomous individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the IT, Telco, or Tech solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain CRM database and manage client inquiries and orders
  • Coordinate sales meetings and events
  • Assist with lead screening and quote raising
  • Report on sales performance and progress

Requirements:
