Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with mental health conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure effective delivery of care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development of nursing staff through training and education.
- Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN registration.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- A competitive salary of £41,475 - £44,648 DOE.
