About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Arnold. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading by example and providing excellent clinical leadership, mentoring, and teaching to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff
  • Support the development of junior staff through mentoring and teaching
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality care plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN registration. You will also need to be motivated, flexible, and able to work as part of a collaborative and supportive MDT.
