About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Priory Hospital Arnold. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of care to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with patients, optimising their engagement and participation in care.
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care and monitoring progress.
  • Lead shifts and mentor student nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration.
  • Excellent team working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice.
  • Drive to continually develop personal learning and skills.
