About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Analyst to join our team at FLEETCOR. As a key member of our technology function, you will be responsible for delivering effective support to both external clients and colleagues using the GFN fuel card processing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and verify software issues raised by clients, prioritizing against business requirements and available resource.
  • Ensure high-priority issues are progressed effectively and production is running as expected.
  • Respond to alerts and handle them efficiently to minimize business impact.
  • Carry out routine checks to detect issues before they impact business, and identify areas for further monitoring.
  • Support the organization's core applications and work within Fleetcor's IT organization.
Requirements
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical language to users.
  • Experience in a busy environment with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good experience with SQL, including running and creating queries.
  • A quick learner with an enquiring mindset, willing to learn new skills and products.
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills to interact with various individuals.
  • The ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
