As a Research and Development Specialist at The Engineer, you will be part of an innovative team focused on developing cutting-edge communication technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Data Link Systems team as a lead researcher. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting research, delivering new conceptual ideas, and working autonomously within a multi-skilled team. As a key member of our team, you will conduct literature surveys, interpret system requirements, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve research aims.
