We are seeking a highly skilled Government Contract Professional to join our team at the Gemini 3 Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide analytical, administrative and program management support to our valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting, with experience in program management, budgeting, and compliance. You will be responsible for providing expert analytical, administrative and program management support to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert analytical, administrative and program management support to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Research and investigate the need for and impact of changes in project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Develop and implement changes to the project scope as needed, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  4. Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
  5. Develop, implement, and maintain program documentation such as SOPs and policies.
  6. Gather inputs for data calls, draft responses, and revise data call responses.
  7. Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions, using data-driven insights.
  8. Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Provide periodic status reports as needed, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  10. Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
  11. Prepare program correspondence as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the growth and success of our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in government contracting or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
