About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Portfolio Lead to join our team at NHS Staffordshire & Stoke On Trent Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our matrix teams, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of contracts within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall leadership and management of a portfolio of contracts, including negotiation, interpretation, and monitoring.
  • Analyse and interpret finance, performance, and business intelligence information to inform judgements on contract performance.
  • Work with Commissioners and Providers to develop information supporting financial settlements, risk reviews, and mitigating action plans.
  • Agree improvement actions with providers, monitor their impact, and report progress to colleagues.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in contract management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
