Job Title: Real Estate Finance Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Secretary to join our dynamic commercial property team at Bridge Legal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiating matter opening processes and issuing initial enquiries
  • Obtaining and reviewing property searches
  • Reviewing property due diligence and preparing draft reports on title for review by senior lawyers
  • Preparing banking documentation, including legal charges and guarantees
  • Maintaining good file management and electronic storage
  • Liaising with clients, team members, and third-party solicitors
  • Issuing and tracking completion of agreed form documents via DocuSign
  • Managing the completion process, including funds flow and redemption
  • Completing post-completion matters, including registration at Companies House and the Land Registry

The ideal candidate will have experience in most of the above areas and be working as a Real Estate Finance Paralegal or a highly organized Legal Secretary with some exposure to property finance work.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside dynamic property partners with an impressive London client base in a small, collegiate, and supportive team.

The firm offers a very generous package, and the salary for this role is likely to be in the £40-50K bracket.

We are open to flexible working arrangements, including part-time or remote work, but the post holder must be available to work in the office for the majority of the working week.
