Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries and ensure they're stored in the right areas.
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work surfaces, floors, and walls.
  • Assist chefs with food preparation, such as peeling and washing.
  • Keep freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
